Overview of Methodology
Vistaskills has the capability to conduct assessments in Online as well as offline mode. In case of assessment centre located in remote area where net connectivity is not reliable, assessment is conducted using tabs. Result analysis is done by our expert team. Thereafter results are uploaded and validated on portal.
Assessor Certification
Suitable profiles as per job role and location are shortlisted. Further scrutiny is done by our SMEs/master assessors. Finally shortlisted profiles are permitted to appear in ToA program as per schedule from Council.
Assessment Tool
Vistaskills is using state of the art tool for conduct of online assessments. It has all required features starting from batch scheduling till results analysis.
Assessors Training
A regular orientation program for certified assessors is conducted to update them with assessment methodology. Two way interaction during this program helps to maintain good relationship between Vistaskills and Assessors.
